What you need: 1 cup of My Mom’s Mole powder, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 20 oz. of stock (vegetable, chicken, or beef), salt (to taste)
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Saute mole powder for two minutes.
Add stock of your choice and salt (to taste).
Simmer and stir occasionally for up to 30 minutes.
