What you need: 1 cup of My Mom’s Mole powder, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 20 oz. of stock (vegetable, chicken, or beef), salt (to taste)

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Saute mole powder for two minutes.

  3. Add stock of your choice and salt (to taste).

  4. Simmer and stir occasionally for up to 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
